These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fugaku Bot (the "Bot"), an anti-scam moderation bot operated for the KittenSwap Discord community ("we", "us"). By participating in a Discord server where the Bot operates, you agree to these Terms.
The Bot exists to protect the community from scams. It automatically detects and removes malicious content in real time, including:
You must comply with Discord's own Terms of Service and meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13, or higher where local law requires).
The Bot takes automated enforcement actions — deleting messages, issuing warnings, and banning accounts — based on rules configured by server staff. Enforcement is reviewable by human moderators; if you believe an action was taken in error, contact the server's moderation team. We reserve the right to moderate at our discretion to protect the community.
The Bot operates on the Discord platform and runs on managed cloud hosting. We are not responsible for the availability or terms of those services.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; the current version will always be available at this page, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of a server where the Bot operates — including moderation actions, downtime, or third-party service failures.
We may restrict your interaction with the Bot at any time, including for violations of these Terms or of server rules.
